VDirect does not support or allow spamming. In fact our users can not use our service to send email to others. We only receive mail for the user and then forward the mail on to the account that they have supplied us.

      If you have received SPAM and believe that VDirect or one of VDirect's members is involved you should check the headers of the message. If the only reference to VDirect or any of VDirect's domains is in the reply-to header of the message then VDirect will be unable to assist you. Anyone can put anything in the reply-to header of a message. This information is not verified when a message is sent or received.

      If you would like to stop this person from spamming you should contact the services that allowed the messages to be sent (this information can also be found in the headers of the message). If you do not know who the services are you should contact your service provider for assistance.

      VDirect does not operate or host any mailing lists. VDirect can not remove you from the list. If you wish to be removed from a mailing list you must follow the instructions in the email on how to have your address removed. If this does not work then you should contact the services that were involved in sending the message. VDirect is not involved in sending the message so contacting VDirect will not help you.
